Salsa & Beer works toward Calabasas opening

Salsa & Beer Mexican Grill is moving forward with a Calabasas restaurant at 4895 Las Virgenes Road, where signage has appeared. Owner Gabriel Huerta said construction is being completed and the team plans to open soon.

The brand already operates four Los Angeles area locations, with one in Lake Balboa and three in North Hollywood. Its menu focuses on dishes tied to Jerez, Zacatecas, including taquitos, nachos, quesadillas, burritos, tacos, enchiladas, tortas and flautas.
