Federal prosecutors said Curcio, 68, put the attorney's address on Facebook in 2025 during a dispute involving the attorney's mother. The attorney had not met Curcio, and no injuries were reported.

The charge carries up to five years in prison. The case matters locally because Los Angeles prosecutors have brought all five such federal doxing cases filed nationwide since President Trump's reelection, and this case is the first guilty plea or conviction tied to that charge in several years.
